With the new drummer Frostbite, all optimism is shattered. R. After telepathically instructing and forcing humans to form evil cults in preparation for his arrival, he crushes and subjugates them in a nightmarish existence of slavery. It is the beginning of the end of humanity."Recorded at Sammath Bunker, Elten, Germany. Recording setup and mix: Marco Hartgers. Mastering: Peter Neuber. - The full, complete massive sound makes Kaeck sound like the end of the world. "The cover artwork for ‘Gruwelijk Onthaal’ was handcrafted by Dylan Humphries in a woodcut style. After explaining the lyrical content of the album, Dylan was able to transform it into stunning art - we dare to say: the best album cover in extreme metal in recent years. Not content with just designing the front cover, Humphries also decided to turn the track list on the back cover into a masterpiece in the style of 16th century calligraphy. For the finishing touches, the band went to StudioKlangschmiede E (Also used by Secrets of the Moon, Bethlehem, Dornenreich, Dark Fortress, Eisregen, Schammasch,...) where it was mixed and mastered by Markus Stock (Empyrium, Sun of the Sleepless, The Visions Bleak). The end result became „Geysterzvvang“ six gospels of impurest Black Metal fanaticism. Vomited out of the great abyss of the bavarian forest, „Geysterzvvang“ (tranl. compulsion of dark spirits and demons) compels the devil spirits and demons of the underworld to rise during the Rauhnächte (twelve nights / between the years) through furious black metal. In magic, the word "compulsion" is associated with the concept that the demons of hell can be forced to appear and obey through rituals and invocations. Gates to the netherworld are open, trumpets are blown. Cycle closes again and cloven hooves strikes with thunderous might. The living dead, disgorged from the dark throat of the Otherworld, rise from reeking graves and spit the lustful drops into the night sky, while devils and witches set the ether on fire. The wild hunt that rises to devour souls, when the sickle of Luzier appears upon us and she reveals us screaming: „A bowl full of intestines, A chalice full of blood, cut open the stomach, cut open the stomach, fill it with stones, throw them into deep waters!“ -End of the beginning, beginning of the end-

After their last long player “De Zoute Kwel”, which received numerous positive reviews and a lot of attention in the scene, “De Tyfus, De Teerling” is the latest attack with their very own, viciously driving “Primitive Dutch Necrorock”. The band from Utrecht, which has been around since 2012, effectively mixes first and second wave black metal with hefty pinches of punk, d-beat and Motörhead. The result is groovy as hell – or rather: “swings like a floppy tit”, as vocalist Jorre says – but alongside raging, rocking crushers and passages of dashing destruction, there are also moments in which everything shifts into a melancholy twilight. With “De Tyfus, De Teerling”, GRAFJAMMER present nine hard-hitting tracks (plus an intro) that tell of religious madness, self-deception and destruction in their mother tongue. In doing so, they delve even deeper than before into the dark underbelly of society and Dutch history. The album title is a variation of “Tyfus! Tering!”, a popular curse combination in Dutch, in the GRAFJAMMER version it means: “The Typhus (and), the Cube”.
